How to Return?
Returns Fee
Quality Problems(ship wrong item)- SIMIDOLA Pay Shipping Cost
Non Quality Problems-Buyer Pay Shipping Cost/ Price Difference
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
1. Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date.
It must be accompanied by photos/video displaying the evidence of claims.
Or you can keep the item and negotiate with our customer service for the solution directly.
Tips: Customization order beyond the website cannot be returned
2. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags,
any paperwork, manuals, accessories and free gifts. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.
All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund, then we will send return address to your email address.
For bundles weft, that weft must be unfolded, worn, or tampered with;
For Lace wigs,Lace should be intact and hair unwashed. you can not apply heat or styling products or perfumes. Pictures with intact lace are required;
For Upart wigs, no return/exchange will be allowed if you cut the tapes at the " U" shape area or tamper
the hair in any way such as brushing, washing, colored, or bleached and so on.
3. We recommend that you send your return with USPS or which logistics can be tracked online.
Customer will pay for return shipping cost, unless the wrong items or quality problems as soon as you get it.
Simidola Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information in any case.
Also, Pls do not refuse packages even if you don't want the hair anymore,
we can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service.

If returned items are not in the same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse to make refund,
or just partial refund according to the hair status. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.
Cancel The Order
- You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after paying.

Once your order has been shipped and already on the way to you,
it cannot be canceled. But you can contact us once you have got the hair and returned it back to us get a refund.
