Since i received the wig, immediately after co washing it i send a message stating that i wasnt happy about the wig and would like to return it. They kept telling me that no one ever complained about the wig i kept being ignored so i packaged the wig to send it back. After still not getting any reply on whatsapp i send an email. No reply on my email no reply on my whatsapp. After a few days of repeatedly sending messages on whatsapp i finally get an answer. The wanted a video of the shedding i didn’t send it because im pretty busy and had already dried and packaged the hair to resend and that’s what i also told them, after begin ignored again i send another message on whatsapp stating that i wanted to return the wig again they told me to send the video so the next day i did send the video. And asked politely for them to arrange a return still to this day no anwer . Bad bad servicee!! Never order a wig from this website. It was my first time and also my last!!!! Im now stuck with a wig I don’t like!!

I received your package — the wig was beautiful! I returned it yesterday because I found it a bit short and was looking for something slightly longer and a little less curly.
That said, the quality was excellent — no complaints at all on that front. I’ve submitted a return request for an exchange.
